Damages and issues
Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged.
If you wish to cancel your order, please be aware that only 50% of your payment is refundable. To initiate a cancellation, you must contact us at least 2 days prior to the start of the manufacturing process.
If the cancellation request is made after this 2-day period, the full amount of the order will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

Non-returnable items
custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) cannot be refunded.
